Discounted price is only available to the program member, by signing the ezidebit form you agree to pay $102 per month for a period of 6 months.
Your program treatments are not refundable, transferable for credit, other services than listed, or transferable to another person.
We reserve the right to refuse any treatment on medical grounds and/or if we consider it inappropriate in our professional opinion.
Confirmation for appointments must be made on receipt of SMS text message if not received this may result in the treatment being forfeited for the month.
Cancelling a pre-booked treatment without notifying us 24 hours in advance will result in the treatment for the month will be forfeited for that month.
No Show to appointment will result in the treatment for the month to expire unless medical evidence can be supplied.
Running Late for your appointment we will complete your treatment in the remaining time, however we cannot guarantee your full treatment time in the event that other clients will be delayed for their agreed time,
We are unable to guarantee a requested therapist due to roster availability, staff annual leave, staff on sick leave or staff resignation throughout the program,
Program product discounts apply to manufacturer’s RRP not on specials unless advised.
You may cancel your membership after an initial term of 4 months only in event that;
You permanently relocate your residence more than a 20 km radius away from Bronzed Brazilian Cannon Hill location; or a physician certifies that you are unable to receive facial or body services.
All cancellations require 30 day’s written notice and are effective 30 days after the date received. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.

Complies with Queensland Department Fair Trading: Please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind , make a wrong decision, or treatments already performed
